“Well, you see I can enjoy the two burning candles, while the set of two that isn’t burning seems to make me feel bit sad, isn’t it, but why” I said.




“Well, this is a result of comparison and similarity. You see you’ve the same two candles for both the similarity and the comparison isn’t it,” he said.


“Well, it’s right. First I had two candles for comparison and now for similarity. You see it’s a wonderful idea, isn’t it,” I said.


“Yaw, you see. Now imagine that all of the four candles aren’t burning,” he said.


“Hey, why are you doing such a pinching work. I don’t want to imagine and to have thought of two candles not burning, why do I need to imagine same for four candles, it’s not a charming thought or idea, whatever you may call it,” I said.


I was feeling something that was not charming, but I had there a ray coming from the sky and falling on the face, yaw, Monica was smiling at me, so I knew there must be an interesting idea of simile hidden behind it.
