“Well, you see when we consider about the bio-rhythmic of our body it’s like a harmony of music where instruments aren’t present. The whole body works with synchronization and always in resonance. Isn’t it wonderful?” She said.


Her saying, while closing her eyes was clear to me that like a child imagines about many beautiful things; we, the young ones have the similar options. Her closed eyes were as if trying to listen to this music within.


I know; she listens to it. She says that if we can observe silence within, the joy of it is like listening to music. The words may create noise, but the silence is the rhythmic of all words and sounds. She says it differently, that the joy of silence with someone is the joy of presence.




We can feel the presence. If I ever ask, she would say that the images, visuals and sounds are present within us; we can enjoy it. It is her good idea that we have joy of dream, when we are observing full silence, total body in rest with harmony in mind, heart and the soul.


No doubt, some noise is good to create the waves on the surface of silence.


“Well, I can feel it, but words seem to make a noise. The body as instrument seems like an orchestra. I wonder if we could enjoy it. Can we do so?” I said to her.


“Why not, we can do so. It’s simple; just go to your prison and lock it from outside,” she said.
